AZ Alkmaar attacking midfielder Dani de Wit is attracting serious interests from a lot of teams on the European football scene. This is according to the latest reports coming out of the media in Italy. Lazio are not the only team interested in AZ Alkmaar star De Wit as there are other clubs keen on his transfer this summer in Italy apart from Lazio. Teams in France and Germany are also interested in the player.
De Wit played for more than 20 hours in the Dutch Eredivisie last season. To be precise, the player featured for 1209 minutes over 20 appearances in the Dutch top flight in the last campaign. He is particularly noted for his strong passing and pressing. The AZ Alkmaar player scored four goals and laid on three assists for others to score during his time last season. De Wit is the skipper of the Netherlands u-21 team and he has a very good record with 11 goals in 12 games.
